Terms of Use
Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using the ladoa.me website or any Lado A solution, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Who we are
Lado A is the brand of 11.449.616 GABRIEL PEDROSO CESA, registered under Brazilian CNPJ 11.449.616/0001-60, headquartered in Caxias do Sul/RS, Brazil.
3. Services
We are a digital studio: we build websites, systems, automations and integrations with third-party platforms such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook, Instagram and Threads. Scope, deadlines and prices of each project are set out in a specific proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms where different.
4. Connected accounts and access
- By connecting an account (for example, WhatsApp Business or a Facebook Page), the client authorizes Lado A to operate it within the limits of the contracted service.
- The client is responsible for their credentials and for who accesses their accounts.
- The client can revoke access at any time (see Data deletion).
5. Acceptable use and third-party policies
The client agrees to:
- comply with the law, the LGPD and the policies of the platforms used, such as the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce Policies and the Facebook, Instagram and Threads terms;
- obtain consent from message recipients and offer an easy way to opt out;
- not send spam or bulk messages without consent, and not publish unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
The client is responsible for the content they send or publish.
6. Platform costs
Where applicable, WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to the client, using the payment method the client registers, unless otherwise agreed. Lado A charges only for its own services, as set out in the proposal.
7. Availability and third-party platforms
Our services depend on third-party platforms such as Meta and cloud providers. We do not control changes, limits, outages or blocks on those platforms, but we use reasonable efforts to keep the services running.
8. Suspension
We may suspend access in case of a breach of these terms or of the platforms’ policies, or a security risk, notifying the client whenever possible.
9. Intellectual property
Lado A’s trademarks, code and materials belong to Lado A, unless the project contract states otherwise. Client content remains the client’s, who authorizes us to use it only to provide the service.
10. Data protection
We process personal data according to the Privacy Policy. In integrations we act as a processor, following the client’s instructions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by the client’s misuse of the services, by client content or by failures and decisions of third-party platforms.
12. Termination
The client can disconnect accounts and request data deletion at any time. Obligations already incurred, such as amounts due, remain in force.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the city where Lado A is headquartered have jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
